  • EXPERIMENT AND EXPERIENCE THIS ONLY BY CONSTANT AND REGULAR PRACTICE.

  • AVOID SEEING AND WATCHING THOSE THINGS WHICH POLLUTES,CONTAMINATES AND ADULTERATES  YOUR MIND AND THOUGHT PATTERN.
